Description: This is a contract to manage and maintain lawns, unimproved grounds, specific paved areas and trails, and landscaping (hereafter �grounds maintenance�) at the Rogue River Basin Project. Performance shall be according to the standards herein. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the service performed. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform grounds maintenance as defined within the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
