- **The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation SPRDL1-25-R-0047 is to remove provisions and clauses in accordance with Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy (DPCAP) Class Deviation 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts, incorporate the deviated clauses listed in Attachment 1 of DPCAP Class Deviation 2025-O0003, and remove clauses in accordance with DPCAP Class Deviation 2025-O0004, Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability, and incorporate the deviated provisions and clauses listed in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 of DPCAP Class Deviation 2025-O0004.** Solicitation for the following item: Item: Circuit Card Assembly NSN: 5998-01-625-8850 PPN: 12523326 Quantity: 162 each Option: 100% FOB: Destination The subject solicitation is Sole Source.
