- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. 2200 Parkway Blvd. Salt Lake City, Utah 84119-2009 The requirement is for the purchase of the following items: CLINItem DescriptionUnitQuantity 00014 Essential Roles Electronic KitEach20 00024 Essential Roles of Leadership 2-Day Participant KitEach20 00037 Habits of Highly Effective People Electronic Participant KitEach20 The Government has a requirement for 4 Essential Roles Electronic Kit, quantity 20, 4 Essential Roles of Leadership 2-Day Participant Kit, quantity 20, and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Electronic Participant Kit, quantity 20, through Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. is the creator of the training material and there are no approved distributors. As such, the Government has determined that no other vendor besides Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. can provide the courses needed for this procurement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for a quote. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 and the business size standard is $15.0 (millions of dollars). Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
