This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1.a. Project Title: Dental Laptop 1.b. Description: The Phoenix VA Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide several Dental Laptops with the 3Shape Dental System Complete Restorative software installed. 1.c. Project Location: The Phoenix VA Healthcare System located in Phoenix, AZ. 1.d. Solicitation Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26225Q0884. 1.e. Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside 1.f. Applicable NAICS code: 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing. 1.g. Small Business Size Standard: 1250 employees. 1.h. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price 2. Scope. The Veteran s Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking a contractor to provide 8 Dental Laptops with the 3Shape Dental System Complete Restorative software installed or equivalent, having the following tasks, salient characteristics below, adhering to the S02 36C26225Q0884 attachment clauses and provisions. Brand name Information: Manufacturer: 3DBioCad Digital Dental Design Model Number: SEE PRICE/COST SCHEDULE BELOW Equal to product Information: Salient Characteristics 8 Laptops with a minimum of the following requirements: Must be at least 17 240Hz QHD+ Gaming Laptop: Intel Core i9-14900HX Must have at least NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4090 Must have at least 64GB DDR5 Must have at least 2TB NVMe SSD Must have at least Thunderbolt 4 Must have at least Cooler Boost 5, Must have Win 11 Home: Black 14VIG-600US Must pre-install 3Shape Dental System Complete Restorative on each laptop ready for use. Must provide 3dBioCad training for 5 technicians in house and agree to configure and connect laptop computers to our existing network in the dental laboratory. Must supply any additional devices necessary to complete the setup of the design computers for connection to the internal LAN 3. Submit written offers with spec-sheets of proposed items in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted.
