Notice of Sources Sought The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Business Manufacturers, other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing items requested, as well as any large businesses. The results from this source sought notice will be used to determine set-aside. The intended contract is a firm-fixed price supply purchase. The SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule class waiver under NAICS Code 334516 for chromatography systems is anticipated to be used for this potential acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20 is looking for authorized distributors of Thermo Fisher for BRAND NAME ONLY items of below bulk DNA sequencing consumable reagents.
