- Amendment 0001 provides government responses to contractor asked questions. Provides all vendors the photos that were taken by the COR during the 04 June 2025 site visit. Updates Attachment 1 Statement of Work. Extends closing response date until 26 June 2025. Please reference Amendment 0002 and the attachments. This Request for Quotation RFQ is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price FFP Purchase Order for a commercially available dust collection system for DLA Distribution, Albany GA. This procurement covers the demolition and disposal of the outdoor centralized dust collection system, the procurement of a new system, the installation and testing of the new system, and an optional one-year maintenance agreement. The contractor shall supply all necessary labor and equipment to perform the design, procurement, installation, testing of a replacement dust collection system, and demolition and disposal of the existing unit. The new system shall adhere to all requirements in the Attachment 1 Statement of Work as well as any federal, state, or local regulations pertaining to the replacement of this system.The drawings under Attachments 2 and 3 are restricted.
