- Amendment 0002 is being issued to provide answers to questions received. 1. Can you provide all reference drawings called out in the specification? Reference Attachments 1 through 15 2. What bid item should the costs for 3.2, 3.4, and 3.5 be put on? Previous shipyard periods include costs for 3.2, 3.4, and 3.5 in item 4.1. 3. What is to be quoted for bid item 5? Pressure washing of the hull is called out in Item 4.1 and visual inspection of the hull is called out in Work Item 6.2. Bid item 5 may be removed as it is cover by 4.1 and 6.2 as noted. 4. How would you like Work Item 6.2 quoted? Spec states that the antifouling shall be applied over the existing coating and that any areas of failed coating will need to be cleaned, primed, and top-coated. We will not know how much paint has failed until the vessel is out of the water so unsure how to quote that part. Work Item 6.2 should be quoted just for the antifouling renewal. Any repair beyond this will be addressed through a Condition Found Report and a change order. 5. Work Item 6.3. If there any repairs or modifications called out during the ABS survey would they be considered change orders? If there are repairs called for beyond the work required in Item 6.3, they will be addressed through a Condition Found Report and change order. 6. Can you provide quantities of fluids to be removed, disposed of, or replaced for all tanks listed in Work Item 6.5? Estimated Tank Levels. Fuel: 4000 gals, Hydraulic Oil: 900 gals, Lube Oil: 200 gals, Dirty Oil: Empty, Dirty Bilge: Empty. All water tanks will be emptied upon arrival. 7. Work Item 8.1. How many anchor chains are there? And what is the size and length of each chain? There is one anchor chain. Anchor chain is ten shots (900 ft) of � inch die-lock chain. 8. Work Item 8.3. Can you provide the number of square feet of failed coatings? An estimated amount of 500 square feet. 9. Work Item 8.4. Can you provide the make, model, and serial numbers of the generators?
