- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument Hagerman, ID County: Gooding Description of Requirement: BASE Item: This project involves replacing the siding and insulation on a 3200 sq. ft. building, along with replacing 1688 sq. ft. of skirting around the building's perimeter. The new siding will be vinyl, and the insulation will be R-18 to meet energy efficiency requirements. The skirting will be rodent-resistant to prevent intrusion. Period of performance will be 30 days ARO. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Location: This project is located at Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument The address is 775 E 2830 S Hagerman, Idaho 83332. Period of Performance: August 11- September 30th, 2025. The NAICS Code 238170 Siding Contractors Size Standards in millions of dollars: $19.0 NAICS Sector 23 for Construction OR any relate NACIS code. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated: $ 0.00- $ 100,00.00. The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about July 8th, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on July 8th 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
