Solicitation SPE300-24-R-0046, Amendment 0002, is being issued to update the Statement of Work follows: STATEMENT OF WORK PAGE 1: SF1449-CONTINUATION SHEET 1) BLOCK 8, Offer due Date/Local Time. �The solicitation closing date is hereby updated from June 09 to July 09. �The Contracting Officer is hereby changed from Jacob Slotnick (jacob.slotnick@dla.mil) to Sonny Cosmas (sonny.cosmas@dla.mil). 2) BLOCK 9, Issued By: �The Solicitation closing date is hereby updated from June 09 to July 09. 3) ADDITIONAL NOTE: (Paragraphs 1&3) �The Contracting Officer is hereby changed from Jacob Slotnick (jacob.slotnick@dla.mil) to Sonny Cosmas (sonny.cosmas@dla.mil). PAGE 9- Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer �KO changed from Jacob Slotnick to: Contracting Officer/Branch Chief SMSG: Sonny Cosmas 215-687-7851 Sonny.Cosmas@dla.mil PAGE 63- NO SUBSTITUTIONS: ""NOTE: In instances where the vendor provides a product that differs from the one ordered, the customer is required to refuse the incorrect product upon delivery. The customer should issue a receipt based on the original order; therefore, if they ordered a 5-gallon BIB but received a 3-gallon BIB, they should not issue a receipt in STORES since the product received does not match the order. Should the order be accepted, the customer must submit a new order solely for billing purposes for the item they actually received, ensuring it can be properly receipted and invoiced."" See attached updated version of the Statement of Work. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
