Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 (effective 6/11/25). It is the Contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=/browse/far/52. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations, numbered as 140P8325Q0064. The NAICS code is 324110, Petroleum Refineries, with an associated small business size standard of 1,500 employees. This solicitation is full and open and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Basis for award is best value decision including evaluation factors of price, relative experience, and past experience. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service (NPS), Pinnacles National Park (PINN), has a requirement for the leasing of propane tanks and the supply and delivery of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG or propane) to the leased propane tanks as well as the NPS-owned tanks. There are a total of fourteen (14) propane tanks of which nine (9) are contract provided (leased) and five (5) tanks are NPS owned. See Table 1, LPG Tank Information. The propane required is estimated to be 8,000 gallons annually (over the course of twelve months). There are typically 4 deliveries requested each year depending on the weather conditions and interruption in power. First delivery is anticipated to occur between July 21st - 31st, 2025.
