- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located at US Highway 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico, 87420, has an upcoming requirement for the delivery of 12 new brand name Stryker Prime Series Big Wheel Connect Stretchers. The anticipated delivery date is 60 Days After Receiving Order/Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 � Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00251 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 8, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, and price. Quotes will be due on or by July 14, 2025 at 2pm MDT (1400). The acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.
