- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included I this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. IHS1507664 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. The solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562112 with an associated small business size standard of $47 million.
