- Walla Walla, WA - Veterans Affairs Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is soliciting to identify potential sources which can provide the following item: Title: Diesel Power Forklift Specifications Required: RFQ 36C26025Q0729 open market, small business set aside, Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Diesel forklift. The last day for questions regarding RFQ 36C26025Q0729 is 08/06/2025 at 9:00 AM Pacific Standard time. RFQ 36C26025Q0729 closes on 08/07/2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time. All offers must be a small business IAW the size standards listed under NAICS code 333924. Please submit all questions in writing via email to Alan Perez at Alan.Perez@va.gov Subject RFQ 36C26025Q0729. All quotes and questions must be emailed and submitted in writing no questions will be taken over the phone. All quotes must be emailed to with an official quote in company letterhead and a brochure to show what your company is offering. If your company has never done business with the department of Veteran affairs before, please set up your account via Customer Engagement Portal The facility does not have the capacity to lift the forklift off the loading dock so the delivery truck MUST be able to lower the forklift to the ground. The award will be made to a small business who provides the best overall price while meeting all requested salient characteristics. Must be a domestic end product IAW FAR 52.225-1 and 52.225-2 Please see attached documents for forklift requirements Location: Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center 77 Wainwright Dr, Walla Walla, WA 99362 A statement of requirement is attached. The Government is accepting industry comments on the specifications. Comments may or may not be incorporated, at the discretion of the Government. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Solicitation via e-mail to Alan Perez at Alan.Perez@va.gov no later than Friday, 18 July 2025 at 9 AM PST.
