DOCUMENT TYPE: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA524025QM155 SOLICITATION TYPE: REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) NAICS CODE: 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals SET-ASIDE: This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Acquisition SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 750 Employees SUBJECT: RFQ 36 CS � Spectrum Analyzer RESPONSE DATE: 07 August 2025 at 10:00am Chamorro Standard Time DESCRIPTION: The requirement is for the brand-name Rhode & Schwarz PR200 Spectrum Receiver Module, as extensive market research has confirmed it is the only brand meeting essential technical needs. I.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with theformat in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued usingsimplified acquisition procedures. II.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04, effective date 11 June 2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation. Supplemental change effective 17 January 2025, Department of theAir Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 16 September 2024.
