Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer�s Option (Intentions Marseilles-Lavera, France). The laydays commence 07 September and cancel 08 September 2025, and the period of performance will be about 75 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
