- ** 05 August 2025 Amendment 0001 issued: see amendment in attachments ** The Vicksburg District will hold a virtual pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 14:00 Central Standard Time on Microsoft Teams. All bidders are invited to attend. A meeting link will be included in this amendment. W912EE - The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation Number W912EE25BA009 for Stoplog Slot Construction, Ouachita River, Thatcher Lock and Dam, Calion, Arkansas. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, for mobilization and demobilization; cofferdams and dewatering; construction of the new stoplog slots and associated work, including demolition, concrete work, bulkhead slot armor, bulkhead sill beam, handrails, miscellaneous metals, and painting; and environmental protection. ** See attachments for Soliciation Document w/Specifications and Drawings **
