Quotes will be evaluated on price and other factors, with award made on the basis of best value to the Government. GATE 4, BLDG 313 SAN DIEGO, CA 92152 Evaluation Factors 1. Conformance of items quoted to stated requirements. 2. Price All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications therein.
