*SOURCES SOUGHT* 2d Expeditionary Contracting Platoon is conducting market research into the availablity of simple Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) to be operated by Marines for the purpose of target practice. All responses must be complant with federal law and regulation, including FAR Clause 52.240-1 Prohibition on Unmanned Aircraft Systems Manufactured or Assembled by American Security Drone Act-Covered Foreign Entities. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with responding to this notice. CONTACT CONTRACTING OFFICERS VIA EMAIL Contracting Officers: Captain Joseph Stewart and Staff Sergeant Lucas Elliott ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Small Group 1 type drones operating within a quarter to half a mile that will be used for a shoot. Must be Blue List compliant.
