- Description
- The Enterprise Applications (EA) organization within the Department of the Treasurys Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has identified a requirement to renew its licenses for PSPDFKit software, which enhances the functionality of Enterprise Content Managements (ECM) Briefing Book and CFIUS Analytics application, among other platforms. PSPDFKit allows for the seamless integration of comprehensive document viewing, annotation, and editing capabilities into web applications such as Briefing Book and CFIUS Analytics, while providing SOC 2-compliant security processes that are not available in other competing products. This contract will also renew the GdPicture add-on, which is a cross platform solution for PDF document processing that is required for upgrading existing Alex Briefing Book application to the Power Apps environment, Mobile Briefing Book application. The proposed contract action will be a sole source award using 10 USC 3204(a)(1) to PSPDFKit (DBA Nutrient), for 1 software licence renewal and 1 Web SDK Subsciption. The contract will be Frim Fixed Priced with 1 base year and 3 option years. PSPDFKit does not have any resellers and for that reason this is a sole-source action. Award to the OEM is needed for continuity of services. This acquisition will use 41 USC 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as the supplies being acquired are defined as commercial items and are not greater than $7.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
