- THIS IS A COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION FOR A FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 15, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, USING THE LOWESTPRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE APPROACH, TRADEOFFS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 237990 - OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION. THE SIZE STANDARD IS $45M.IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36 AND DFARS 236, THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION PRICE RANGE FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000.THIS ACQUISITION IS SOLICITED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Amendment 0001 is issued to schedule a site visit on 08 July 2025 at 10:00 AM. Amendment 0002 is issued to update the Plans. Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to move the site visit date and extend the proposal due date. Amendment 0004 is issued to update Section 00 21 00 and to delete the SF1442 from the specification package. Amendment 0005 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 30 July 2025, Update FAR Clause 52.217-7, and Update Section 00 10 00, CLIN Schedule Notes. Amendment 0006 is issued to update the response due date in Block 13. Amendment 0007 is issued to extend the proposal due date from 30 JUL 2025 to 13 AUG 2025. Amendment 0008 is issued to Update the CLIN Schedule, Revise FAR Clause 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity - Separately Priced Line Item, Update Specification Sections 01 11 00, 01 14 00, 01 20 00, 01 30 00, 01 35 26, 01 50 00, 01 78 00, and 05 29 20, and Update Plan G-004.
