Description

The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following: 76 CMXG is requesting the utilization of funds for a one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options for MXDEK software maintenance with the following specifications. The requested descriptions/specifications are outlined below. SpatialAnalyzer Ultimate Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Licenses Line Base Term Licenses: 8666-8667-8668-8670 SA UL+ EXT Term: Term to 08/31/2025 Quantity: Four (4) Option 1 Line Item: Item # 1 (Required purchase of license - 8666-8667-8668-8670 to 08-31-2026) Term Licenses: 8666-8667-8668-8670 Term: 08/31/2025 to 08/31/2026 Option 2 Line Item: Item # 1 and #3 (#1 Required purchase of license - 8666-8667-8668-8670 to 08-31-2026 and #3 Term licenses 8666-8667-8668-8670 from 08/31/2026 to 08/31/2027) Term Licenses: 8666-8667-8668-8670 Term: 08/31/2026 to 08/31/2027 Option 3 Line Item: #1, #3 and #4 (#1 Required purchase of license - 8666-8667-8668-8670 to 08-31-2026, #3 Term licenses 8666-8667-8668-8670 from 08/31/2026 to 08/31/2027, and #4 Term licenses 8666-8667-8668-8670 from 08/31/2027 to 08/31/2028) Term Licenses: 8666-8667-8668-8670 Term: 08/31/2027 to 08/31/2028 Option 4 Line Item: #1, #3 , #4 and #5 (#1 Required purchase of license - 8666-8667-8668-8670 to 08-31-2026, #3 Term licenses 8666-8667-8668-8670 from 08/31/2026 to 08/31/2027, #4 Term licenses 8666-8667-8668-8670 from 08/31/2027 to 08/31/2028 and #5 Term licenses 8666-8667-8668-8670 from 08/31/2028 to 08/31/2029) Term Licenses: 8666-8667-8668-8670 Term: 08/31/2028 to 08/31/2029 The Contractor shall provide a Five (5) year license-1 Base Year plus four (4) Option Years A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 30 September 2025 � 29 September 2030 System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of 150 EMP.
