- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R8125Q0123 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. They may be accessed in full text at the following websites: https:/www.acquisition.gov/far/ and https://www.acquisition.gov/diar. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111 with an associated small business size standard of $47 Million. This requirement has been set a-side as a Total Small Business Set A-Side and only qualifying vendors may quote as such. Description of requirement: The contractor shall provide two 30 cubic yard and one 15 cubic yard bulk containers located at a designated site on the Denver Federal Center (DFC). The contractor shall provide an additional dumpster when requested. Containers will remain on DFC until collection is requested. CLIN Structure: 00010 Firm-Fixed Price - Base Year 30 Yard Containers Hauling: This CLIN is for the service of two (2) 30 cubic-yard containers at the Denver Federal Center (see attachment 2 - Map of collection areas) with an anticipated number of forty-eight (48) removals each year. **Quotes should include how many, if any, tons are included with a single container before overage costs are incurred** Period of Performance: 08/25/2025 to 08/24/2026 QTY: 48/Each 00020 Firm-Fixed Price - Base Year 15 Yard Containers Hauling: This CLIN is for the service of one (1) 15 cubic-yard container at the Denver Federal Center (see attachment 2 - Map of collection areas) with an anticipated number of twenty-four (24) removals each year. **Quotes should include how many, if any, tons are included with a single container before overage costs are incurred** Period of Performance: 08/25/2025 to 08/24/2026 QTY: 24/Each 00030 Not-To-Exceed - Base Year Overage Costs: This CLIN covers the costs for each ton of excess weight per container that exceeds the allotted amount.
