Description

Amendment I To IFB 70FBR425B00000009 � BRCC Repairs Purpose: This amendment is issued to extend the date and time for Government responses to questions received from the site visit conducted on August 07, 2025, and incorporate additional FAR clauses into the solicitation. Amendment Details: Government Responses to Questions: The deadline for the Government's responses to questions is hereby extended. The new date and time for responses is: August 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET IFB Due date to change to August 29, 2025. Incorporation of FAR Clauses: The following FAR clauses are hereby incorporated into the solicitation: FAR 52.219-14: Limitations on Subcontracting FAR 52.236-3 Alt 1: Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work (Alternate I) FAR 52.236-6: Superintendence by the Contractor FAR 52.236-7: Permits and Responsibilities FAR 52.236-8: Other Contracts FAR 52.236-9: Protection of Existing Vegetation, Structures, Equipment, Utilities, and Improvements FAR 52.236-10: Operations and Storage Areas FAR 52.236-11: Use and Possession Prior to Completion FAR 52.236-12: Cleaning Up FAR 52.236-13: Accident Prevention FAR 52.236-14: Availability and Use of Utility Services FAR 52.236-15: Schedules for Construction Contracts FAR 52.236-21 Alt 1: Specifications and Drawings for Construction (Alternate I) FAR 52.236-26: Preconstruction Conference FAR 52.236-27: Site Visit (Construction) All other terms and conditions of the IFB remain unchanged. Acknowledgment of Amendment: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing below and including it with their bid submission.
