RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Carolina City: Charleston Delineated Area (Map Attached) : Start North-head east on Calhoun St from the intersection with Halsey Blvd until reaching Concord St. East-Head south on Concord St to Laurens St, West on Laurens St, South on Washington St., Washington St. becomes Pritchard St., Pritchard St. becomes, Concord St., West on Vendue Range, South on Prioleau St., East on Middle Atlantic Whard St., South on Concord St., West on S. Adgers Wharf, South on E. Bay St., E. By St. becomes E. Battery St. to Murray Blvd. South-West onto Murray Blvd to Chisolm St. West-North on Chisolm St., West on Broad St. Broad St. becomes North on Lockwood Dr., Take a slight right onto Halsey Blvd to Calhoun St. End Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,107 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. Ceiling heights throughout the majority of the space must be a minimum of 9', with approximately 1,800 contiguous sf with ceiling height of 9'-8"" to 16�. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
