Description
Joint Base San Antonio has a brand name requirement to procure IP Dome AXIS P3265-LVE 22 mm Network Camera (Part#: 2333001), Innometriks contract cheetah card reader with keypad (Part#: INN-CHTA-CT-OD), ID Tech Omni WCR32 magnetic stripe reader (Part#: WCR3227-700S), from a singular manufacturer for a future requirement on JBSA Lackland. IP Dome Axis Communications P3265-LVE 22 mm Network Cameras are required due to integration with the Video Management System (VMS) used at the Lackland BDOC. The current VMS in use at the Lackland BDOC is the Video Image Control and Display System (VICADS), version 4.3.5. Innometriks Contact Cheetah Card Reader with Keypad This system will be integrated with existing security infrastructure for optimal functionality, including compatibility with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS). ID Tech Omni WCR32 magnetic stripe reader is the only solution available that works with both the Cheetah system required and DBIDS. Each item has been independently validated by Base Security Forces and Installation Access Control Officers as the sole product capable of meeting mission-specific requirements without compromising system integrity, security standards, long-term reliability, or infrastructure compatibility. These components are engineered to meet rigorous performance and efficiency standards essential for high-security environments. Their interoperability with current control systems and structural configurations ensures seamless integration and eliminates the need for costly infrastructure modifications or re-approval delays that alternative solutions would incur. Any interested responsible party that believes they could manufacture a system that is equally or otherwise uniquely capable of meeting the requirements should submit a capability statement. You must also submit supporting evidence in sufficient detail to not only demonstrate the ability to fulfill the requirement but also demonstrate that competition would be more advantageous to the Government.
