Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece; and the intended discharging ports/places are Fujairah, UAE and Jebel Ali, UAE. The laydays commence 20 September and cancel 21 September 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
