- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Bugby St. and Capitol St. continue in an easterly direction on Capitol St, until ending at Smith St. Eastern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Capitol St. and Smith St. continue in a southernly direction until ending at Walker St. Southern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Smith St. and Walker St. continue in a westerly direction until ending at Bugby St. Western Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Walker St. and Bagby St. continue in a northly direction until ending at Capitol St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: Parking Only Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured/Unreserved): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured/Reserved): 20 Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The space will be occupied by a law enforcement agency. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense 06/2025 Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The U.S. Government currently occupies parking spaces and related space in a parking structure under a lease in Houston, Texas, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
