- Solicitation Number:DOIGFBO250066 Notice Type: A&E Presolicitation The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC), intends to issue a solicitation for multiple Architect-Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to perform professional mapping services in support of the USGS science mission. Services will be performed throughout the United States, its territories, possessions, and other designated areas. No work will be performed in locations deemed hostile or where current U.S. Department of State travel restrictions are in effect. Each Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ will have either: 1. A single five-year ordering period; or 2. A base 12-month ordering period with four 12-month option periods. A minimum of five awards is anticipated. The total maximum value of all contracts combined shall not exceed $850,000,000 over the five-year ordering period. This amount is contingent upon full program funding, including the National Geospatial Program's 3D Elevation Program (3DEP). A partial Small Business set-aside applies to this requirement. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with Public Law 92-582 (Brooks Act) and FAR Part 36.6 selection procedures. Selection will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The applicable NAICS codes are 541370 with a small business size standard of $19 million and 541360 with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. The solicitation, when issued, will be available electronically at SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. No paper copies will be issued.
