Unique Entity ID MX16CA896HK5, CAGE Code 4WWK4, of 12405 Powerscourt DR Saint Louis, Missouri6 3131-3673, United StatesThe requirement is for the procurement of the renewals of Spectrum dedicated internet service/subscriptions with 4 option years for each desired location:Manufacturer: Charter Communications Operating, LLC; Description: Dedicated Fiber Internet 1G; PoP: 10/1/2025 ? 9/30/2026; QTY: 4. Manufacturer: Charter Communications Operating, LLC; Description: Ethernet Private Line 1G/1G; PoP: 10/1/2025 ? 9/30/2026; QTY: 2. Manufacturer: Charter Communications Operating, LLC; Description: Enterprise Internet 1G; PoP: 10/1/2025 ? 9/30/2026; QTY: 1. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Charter Communications Operating, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
