Description
Solicitation Number: 140R1725Q0083, Aerial Lift Annual Inspections, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, WA The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need for 55 aerial lifts to be annually inspected for Grand Coulee Power Office (GCPO), in Grand Coulee, WA. These inspections will vary between scissor lifts and boom lifts. The inspections need to meet OSHA standards and manufacturer guidelines. More information and minimum specifications for the equipment will be included with the solicitation posted at a later date. This acquisition will be 100 % set-aside for a total small business. Reclamation anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ), 140R1725Q0083, (written) third week of August, and the RFQ will close first week of September, however, all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of this solicitation. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the base year plus four option years to be exercised at the Government's discretion under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. There is a potential for another six-month extension under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to be exercised at the Government's discretion if deemed appropriate. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair. The applicable Product Service Code is J025, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Forklifts. The small business standard size is 12.5M. The initial period of performance (base year) shall be Award of Contract award date plus 12 months, with four (4) 1-year option years to renew. The anticipated period of performance is: Base Year: 10/1/25 - 9/30/26 Option Year One: 10/1/26 - 9/30/27 Option Year Two: 10/1/27 - 9/30/28 Option Year Three: 10/1/28 - 9/30/29 Option Year Four: 10/1/29 - 9/30/30 This service acquisition will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
