Description

The purpose of this amendment is to cancel solicitation 36C25925Q0304. The Contracting Officer has determined that, in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a) and FAR 19.502-2(b)(2), the Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside is dissolved. The solicitation is hereby canceled and a new unrestricted solicitation will be reposted within 5 to 10 days. Offers submitted in response to solicitation 36C25925Q0304 are no longer valid and new offers must be submitted in response to the subsequent solicitation. This is a Solicitation for Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center Onsite Neuromonitoring Services for the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The NAICS Category is 621111 � Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), $16M. This will be Set Aside for Service Disabled Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and verified in the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) website. Solicitation Amendment 0001 is being issued to extend the due date for proposals to June 17, 2025, 12:00PM Mountain Time. Solicitation Amendment 0002 is being issued to extend the due date for proposals to June 18, 2025, 12:00PM Mountain Time; Respond to Offeror's questions; and RFQ 36C25925Q0304 version 2 with changes. Solicitation Amendment 0003 is being issued to CANCEL the SDVOSB RFQ. The purpose of this amendment is to cancel solicitation 36C25925Q0304.
