- Amendment 01 The apprisal Packet for Powell property title ""S01_Powell Appraisal Request Packet"" was removed and is no longer applicable to this RFQ. It has been replaced with the appraisal packed for LOCY, titled ""S01_Locy Appraisal Request Packet"" . The RFQs attachments are as follows: REMOVED: ""S01_Powell Appraisal Request Packet"" ADDED: ""S01_Locy Appraisal Request Packet"" Lists of attachments as of Amendment 01: ""S01 12FPC425Q0069 RFQ-Combo V1.1"" ""S01_Scope of Work WRE"" ""S01_Locy Appraisal Request Packet"" ""S01_Buck Run Appraisal Request Packet"" ""S01_Appraisal Request Packet_Kirsch"" The RFQ Closing date and time have been extended. ------------------------------------------------ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number RFQ 12FPC425Q0069 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. The Government plans to award a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract resulting from this solicitation to the contractor responsible whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced base award. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 effective August 29, 2024, and can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov under the current FAR section. NAICS: This is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 531320 - Offices of Real Estate Appraisers which has a size standard of $9.5 million.
