- CTT-002 The United States Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is for the following item: Noun: Common Tactical Truck (CTT) NAICS Code: 336120 The purpose of this announcement is to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and identify potential sources for the production of the Common Tactical Truck (CTT) Family of Vehicles (FoV). The information requested in this announcement is being sought for informational planning purposes only. It does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government in any way. All information will be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. There is no solicitation available at this time. The Performance Specification (P-SPEC) (Attachment 0001), HTTP API (Attachment 0009) & Common Logistics Operating Environment (CLOE) to DLB REST Interface API (Attachment 0010) are EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution C Export Controlled. Objective Gunner Protection Kit (OGPK) Technical Data Package (TDP) (Attachment 0006) is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution Statement D Export Controlled. An active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification is required. You must request access to the above attachments via SAM.gov and have a current JCP Certification. You must be a DOD contractor to be granted access to Distribution Statement D attachments. To be eligible to gain access to the export-controlled attachments (via SAM.gov) an offeror must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP), along with a copy of supporting documentation. DD Form 2345 and instructions can be found on the Joint Certification Program website at: http://www.dla.mil/HQ/InformationOperations/Offers/Products/LogisticsApplications/JCP.aspx All questions and responses pertaining to this RFI shall be directed to the email address listed below. Requests for access to the controlled files will be reviewed for proper authorization. Access will be granted upon confirmation of a current JCP certification. The requesting point of contact will be notified of access or denial via email response.
