Hydrostatic Testing and Recertification of External Cylinder IAW Statement of Work P/N: D295B-334553 DOT-SP 7277-4500 BASE AWARD CLINS 0001 - 0004 DATE OF AWARD THROUGH 30 DAYS Hydrostatic Testing and Recertification of Internal Cylinder IAW Statement of Work PN: A836-315361 DOT-SP 10945-5000 OPTIONS 1 - 25 CLINS 0005-0029 YEAR 1 DATE OF AWARD THROUGH 09/30/2026 Refill of Internal Cylinder IAW Statement of Work PN: A836-315361 DOT-SP 10945-5000 OPTIONS 26 - 49 CLINS 0030-0053 YEAR 2 10/1/2026 THROUGH 09/30/2027 Valve repair as needed IAW Statement of Work OPTIONS 50 - 73 CLINS 0054-0077 YEAR 3 10/1/2027 THROUGH 09/30/2028 This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
