- Solicitation No. 70Z03025QCLEV0134 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the HVAC Repairs at USCG Cleveland Harbor Boathouse. Refer to the Scope of Work for requirements. The site address is USCG Cleveland Moorings 1055 E. 9th Street Cleveland, OH 44114.
