- W9127N25RA035 Synopsis/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District (NWP) has a professional service requirement for facilitated partnering services. This acquisition is to procure the technical and administrative services to prepare and facilitate group partnering workshops and to assist government personnel in developing expertise to plan and facilitate informal team led sessions. This is a total small business set-aside. NWP contemplates the award of a firm fixed-price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) single award task order contract (SATOC) with a total contract capacity of $999,999 and a minimum guarantee of $2,500. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The ordering period will be a base period of one-year with two one-year option periods. COMPETITION: 100% Small Business Set-Aside NAICS: 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services; Size Standard $24,500,000.00 OFFER DUE DATE: Offers and all supporting material are due no later than 02:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on Wednesday, 17 September 2025. *See attached Instructions to Offerors and other solicitation documents for further instructions.
