Description: This acquisition is to provide administration, configuration, programming, information assurance, managing, maintaining, and monitoring of the CAIRS TMS telephone systems, operations, and infrastructure as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor personnel will assist in effectively and properly operating, maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing CAIRS TMS networked systems including all hardware and software equipment, components, telephone inventories, accounting module and applications on-site at Naval Sation Norfolk Building MB-100 and remotely at eight locations within Hampton Roads.
