- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek out qualified vendors to provide supply item listed below. This announcement is in support of market research performed by the Army Contracting Command � Rock Island to determine interest and capability to provide the supply described within this RFI. 900 LBS, TRIPHENYL BISMUTH, (TPB) MFG TO MIL-T-82825(OS), CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS, CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AND SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED FOR EACH LOT SUPPLIED. EXPIRATION DATE MUST BE PRINTED ON PACKAGING. PER MCAAP 703-13 THE ONLY QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS ARE AS FOLLOWS: (BSC-152)BOULDER SCIENTIFIC CO., LONGMONT, CO. (WS 20883) ISLAND PYROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, MINEOLA, NY (Require MCAAP Test Mix)PENTA MANUFACTURING CO., LIVINGSTON, NJ This RFI is for planning purposes only; this is not a request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and a formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of the responses to this RFI. The Government will not be liable for payment of any response preparations expenses, nor does the Government intend to pay for the information submitted in this response.
