THIS REQUEST IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR ANY ACTUAL PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS, MACHINERY, OR SERVICES. Industry Day Announcement The information from Industry Day will be used in determining the best acquisition strategy. This is not a request for proposal. Your response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will be used by the NAVSEA PMS 326 International Fleet Support and NUWC Keyport Contracts Department to further its market research and future contract strategy planning. The Industry Day will provide a forum to improve Industry�s understanding of the Government requirements centered around the following areas: Programmatic Technical Logistics We will have multiple case managers present information about their requirements from our foreign partners. In order to attend Industry Day, please provide the following information no later than 14 October 2025. The deadline will be strictly enforced, and no walk ins will be permitted. When registering, please include the following required information: Company POCs Contact Information: Phone and Email. Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, CAGE Code, Email Address, Webpage, etc Unique Entity ID Attendance list (who will attend and their titles) * Is your company a small or large business or a Small Business? *Up to two representatives per company are allowed to attend the Industry Day. No more than two individuals per company will be allowed in the event space. Questions may be submitted before, during, or after the event using the attachment, Questions and Answers form. All questions and answers will be distributed to all attendees after the event. There was a previous Sources Sought /RFI posting on sam.gov. This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with attending the industry day. The purpose of this Industry Day is to conduct market research, answer questions and solicit feedback regarding this requirement to assist with acquisition planning and program strategy. Additionally, the goals of this industry day are to provide open dialogue between Government and industry. In order for this to be an effective exchange, the Government requests a list of things industry wishes to observe, recommendations, and/or specific questions that they would like the Government to address. Early submissions are encouraged. DISCLAIMER: This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. Prior to release of the formal solicitation, the Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not reimburse the cost of any submission in response to this announcement -- the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. If a solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced under Contract Opportunities via the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov/) and interested parties must comply with that announcement. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice.
