Attached a Reps and Certs document. ***UPDATE 01*** Pre-bid meeting minutes, slides and sign-in sheet attached *** End of update*** The 180th Fighter Wing, Swanton Ohio ANG Contracting Office is issuing this Solicitation notice for Project No: WYTD 252003 � Repair CT Parking Apron. In accordance with FAR 14.101(d), bids will be evaluated without discussion. The award will be made in accordance with FAR 14.101(e). This project is a SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, 100%. All responsible bidders are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238110, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. See Sec 00 21 00 - Instructions, for pertinent details and instructions related to site visit. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. The bid opening date is currently scheduled for 12 Sep 2024, at 10:00 AM (EST). Please ensure Request for Information template/outline is utilized for all questions related to this project; template is located within Section 00 21 00 - Instructions. Interested bidders shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to: https://www.sam.gov. Instructions for registering are on the web page. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only through Contract Opportunities located within SAM.gov website online at https://www.sam.gov.
