Description

Update: Solicitation closing date has been extended. Please see amendment below for more information. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-25-Q-A017 for White Phosphorous (WP). This solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract that contains a 100% Option Quantity, to be evaluated at time of award. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a commercial supply. This solicitation will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror.
