- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Project Title: Mattresses and Pumps Project Location: Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 Solicitation Type - Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C25625Q1439 Set Aside: This solicitation is 100% set aside for SDVOSB Applicable NAICS code: 337910, Mattress Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 1000 employees Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance: Delivery by October 31, 2025 Any questions regarding this solicitation must be received NLT Monday September 8, 2025 by 10AM CST. No questions will be answered after this date/time unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the government as determined by the Contracting Officer. Telephone questions or inquiries will not be accepted. Answers to any questions received will be posted via an amendment to the solicitation.
