- MARKET SURVEY/CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT FOR � ROHDE & SCHWARZ K610 VoIP Communication Test Set in support of LIFT new Air Traffic Services NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking interested sources that are capable of providing the ROHDE & SCHWARZ K610 VoIP Communication Test Set in support of LIFT new Air Traffic Services as described below. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request (SIR) or request for proposal (RFP) of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. At this time, the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. Capability Statement - this document should identify: a. Type of products provided by your firm. b. Number of years in business. c. Description of previous contracts for products that are similar in scope. d. Demonstrate experience/capability for the requirements set forth in the attached (draft) Statement of Work. e. *Proof of Entity Registration in the System for Award Management (https://SAM.gov). f.
