- 2 Sept 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to change clauses 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services and 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract FROM included by reference TO full text. The Clause, 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services was also updated to reflect that 52.217-8 is included in the price evaluation process. The deadline for submitting quotes is NOT extended and remains 1200 pm CDT on 5 September 2025. -------------------------------------------------------------- 22 August 2025 - The most current SF1449 uploaded to reflect offers due date NLT 1200 pm CDT on 5 Sept 2025. ----------------------------------------------------- 18 August 2025 -The RFQ has been amended to extend the deadline for quote submissions. Quotes must be received NLT 1200 pm CDT on 5 September 2025. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6 August 2025 - The RFQ has been amended to update the Period of Perfromance (beginning 24 September 2025) and update the POC in the 52.212-1 on the SF1449. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please be advised that this solicitation is being reopened due to a change in the Period of Performance (POP). Kindly review the attached updated Combined Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS). You are requested to resubmit or submit your quote on or before the due date. The Solicitation W912CL-25-Q-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is NOT an order, is not legally binding, and does not commit the U.S. Government (USG) in any way. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote.
