This Amendment 0003 provides an update that after NPS measured the residences, the approximate square footage has increased from 1,200 to 1,942 square feet (SF) combined total. Unit #19 is estimated at 932 SF and Unit #104 is estimated at 1,010 SF. As such a revised Statement of Work and Quote Sheet is provided to reflect these changes.
