PIFSC requires the purchase of the following: CLIN 0001: Flow Cells and Consumables for the Protected Species Division: Flow Cells, 2675 nanopore channels, 4/pk FLO-PRO114M - 32 Native Barcoding Kit 24 V14 SQK-NBD114.24 -1 Flow Cell Priming Kit XL EXP-FLP004-XL -1 Flow cell Wash Kit XL EXP-WSH004-XL - 1 Native Barcoding Auxiliary V14 EXP-NBA114 - 1 Ligation Sequencing Kit V14 SQK-LSK114 - 1 Sequencing Auxiliary Vials V14 EXP-AUX003 - 1 Delivery Schedule: One of each item shipped every other month, with all items shipped by September 30, 2026. CLIN 0002: Flow Cells and Consumables for Ecosystem Sciences Division: Flow Cells, 512 nanopore channels, 1/pk R10.4.1 - 24 Multiplex Ligation Sequencing Kit XL V14 SQK-MLK114.96-XL - 1 Rapid Barcoding Kits 24 (V14) SQK-RBK114.24 - 4 Rapid Barcoding Kit 96 (V14) SQK-RBK114.96 - 4 Flow Cell Wash Kit XL EXP-WSH004-XL - 4 The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the above requirement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334516 with a corresponding size standard of 1,000 employees. ***THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, FIRMS THAT BELIEVE THEY CAN FULLY MEET THE GOVERNMENT'S REQUIREMENTS MAY SUBMIT SUBSTANTIATING DOCUMENTATION IN WRITING TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER VIA EMAIL AT STEPHANIE.M.GARNETT@NOAA.GOV NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 15, 2025. SUCH DOCUMENTATION WILL BE EVALUATED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT TO CONDUCT THIS PROCUREMENT ON A COMPETITIVE BASIS.
