Questions and Answers will be accepted through 11:30 AM on September 05, 2025. Documents updated: 1.) Questions and Answers; 2.) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (see highlighted blue area under Section J, Attachment 1 - Specifications List); and 3.) Amendments Tracker.* *AMENDMENT 6; The Questions and Answers session has been re-opened and extended through Tuesday, September 02, 2025 at 09:30 AM EDT.* *AMENDMENT 5: The Response Due Date/Time Extension has been manually recorded in the PIEE Solicitation portal (Extension remains Tuesday, September 02, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT).* *AMENDMENT 4: The Response Due/Date Time has been Extended to Tuesday, September 02, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT.* *AMENDMENT 3: The Response Due Date/Time has been Extended to Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 3:00 PM EDT. (REMINDER: All Quote packages must be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation portal only.)* *AMENDMENT 2: All Questions and Answers have been posted (see attachment).* *AMENDMENT 1: An update has been made to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, under Section J, Attachment 1 - Specifications List dated August 07, 2025 (see first line, highlighted in blue).* (Original) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the procurement of a modified commercial Class 5 Information Processing System (IPS) Storage Cabinet, as noted in the attached solicitation document. Per GSA Global Supply, this cabinet will need to be acquired from a GSA-approved manufacturer, listed on the ?Federal Qualified Products List of Products Qualified Under Specification AA-C-2786 Cabinet, Security, Information Processing Storage, Class 5? (and QPL-AA-C-2786-5), who can provide an ^As-Built^ container with modifications necessary to accommodate International power requirements, as noted in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document. Please note that the solicitation document provides all product requirement details, to include Attachment 1 Specifications List, and all Technical Acceptability specifications. Please thoroughly review the information contained within the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and provide any questions to the POC for the Procuring Contracting Office, Ms. Elizabeth Booher, email address: elizabeth.a.booher.civ@mail, by not later than Monday, August 25, 2025 at 4:00 PM EDT.
