- Description
- The Department of the Air Force (DAF) intends to evaluate opportunities for the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Centers through Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) authority (10 U.S.C. � 2667) at one or more Air Force installations. The DAF is primarily seeking ground lease payments for consideration. If energy generation is included within an offeror�s proposal, then the DAF will consider energy resilience as an additional consideration component. Energy resilience is not a required consideration.
