Description

Amend 0001 - to provide an Q&A and to extend the due date September 09, 2025 at 12:00 PM (MDT). Solicitation No. 75H70725Q00137 is hereby issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for preventive maintenance (PM) service agreement of the Siemens DR Radiology system for the Radiology department at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be unrestricted. The solicitation document incorporated by provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.
