- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are be requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 52.232-18: Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer The 647 Logistics Readiness Squadron requires the procurement of one-hundred ten (110) waiting room chairs, necessary to provide readiness training to all 15 WG units and tenant units. The required chairs must meet the following characteristics: Stackable Vertically or Horizontally (with dolly) Fold-able No wheels Material must be anything other than plastics Must have a tablet arm with a minimum size of 16"" (Inches) Tablet Arm must be fold-able Any questions shall be submitted to the CO and CS via email NLT 0800 HST, xx September 2025. The Government will send the questions and resultant responses out to all vendors.
